Thirstic is a revolutionary fitness water tracker that intelligently adjusts your water intake based on your daily activity and weather conditions. It serves as a reliable companion for your fitness and health journey. If you have a regular workout routine, Thirstic will learn your patterns and automatically update your suggested water intake accordingly. Moreover, it adapts to changing weather conditions and increases your recommended intake during heatwaves.

Ensuring adequate hydration is crucial for maintaining good health. Thirstic not only encourages you to drink water throughout the day but also offers a user-friendly interface free of advertisements, with a strong focus on privacy. It securely accesses and stores data from your Health app via HealthKit.

This app goes the extra mile by continuously updating your estimated water needs without any interruption and sending timely reminders when you reach your desired water intake threshold. For example, it will notify you when it's time to consume an additional 300ml (10 fl oz) of water.

In addition to tracking your activity level, Thirstic takes local weather conditions into consideration when determining your daily water intake goal (available through in-app purchase). The app's settings allow you to personalize the parameters of the water needs estimation, offering flexibility in setting higher or lower intake goals.

To maximize its effectiveness, Thirstic seamlessly integrates with Apple Watch or any other fitness tracker that records active and resting energy levels in the Health app. In the absence of a fitness tracker, it accurately estimates your daily activity using the step counter on your iPhone.

At the core of Thirstic is a commitment to privacy and data security. The advanced calculations performed by this app are powered by the computing power of your iPhone. Your water intake information is securely stored in your Health app via HealthKit, and Thirstic does not transfer any activity or health data to remote servers.

Sufficient hydration is vital for optimal health. Since approximately two-thirds of our bodies consist of water, many individuals unknowingly suffer from chronic dehydration. Thirst serves as a signal that our bodies need to restore water balance.

Water plays a critical role in our overall well-being as it transports nutrients and oxygen to our cells, regulates body temperature, and supports metabolic functions. Appropriate hydration can aid weight loss efforts, promote youthful-looking skin, boost the immune system, assist with digestion and alleviate constipation, reduce fatigue, enhance mood, and even lower the risk of certain cancers.
